CyberDevHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://cyberdevhub.com (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement on the Site in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
We qualify as an online service provider under the DMCA and will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged infringement. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent (details below). Upon receiving a compliant notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Requirements for a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must be in writing and include substantially the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works on a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the exact URL(s) where the material appears).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (e.g., your address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

- I am the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright in the work(s) described below.
- The copyrighted work(s) at issue is/are: [Describe the original work(s), e.g., “Article titled ‘X’ published on [original URL] on [date]”].
- The material claimed to be infringing is located at: [Exact URL(s) on cyberdevhub.com where the material appears].
- I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- This notification is accurate, and I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We may share your notice with the uploader of the content for transparency.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed or disabled in response to a takedown notice, and you believe it was removed in error or does not infringe, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent ([email protected]).
A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in [your jurisdiction, e.g., Kathmandu, Nepal / or U.S. if applicable], and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
